Černá americká folková písničkářka (zpěv, kytara, harmonika), původem z Clevelandu (nar. 1964). Skládat začala už v 8 letech. Hudebně vyšla především z folku, gospelu a blues. Od r. 1986 vystupovala v bostonských klubech, částečně pod vlivem B....
