V roce 2007 vyhrál soutěž ve zpěvu Idols, která se konala tou dobou ve Finsku. Díky vítězství v Idols podepsal Ari smlouvu s Sony BMG a 30.května vyšlo jeho album Fuel For The Fire. První singl -Hear My Call vyšel už 11.května 2007.
