Slavný americký zpěvák, pianista a skladatel, vlastním jménem Nathaniel Adam Coles (nar. 1916 ve st. Alabama). Už ve 12 letech začínal hrát na varhany, na deskách debutuje v r. 1936 jako člen sextetu Rogues Of Rhythm. V r. 1939 zakládá v L.A....
