Americký skladatel, zpěvák a multiinstrumentalista. Narodil se v r. 1948 v NSR, ale již od dětství žil ve Spojených státech (v L.A.). Částečně ovlivněn B. Dylanem a V. Morrisonem. V r. 1966 se krátce objevuje ve skupině Nitty Gritty Dirt Band....
